E-mail Templates in Sage CRM

Making E-mail templates in Sage CRM is one of those little things that help you get more done. It’s baked into the product and offers a nice way to send out e-mails to multiple people in a way that’s efficient but also personalized- hello, that’s why you have a CRM system!

With e-mail templates you can create standardized templates, attach documents to them, and have them appear to come “from” any valid email address. They can also pull CRM fields into the e-mail body, so if you want to be sure to include the person’s title as it’s stored in CRM, you have the ability to do that.
